The challenge
Treasury teams were stitching risk across five tools. Alerts arrived late, context was scattered, and close routines relied on tribal knowledge instead of a shared operating view.

The approach
We mapped the daily close ritual first, then designed a single risk surface with live positions, exception queues, and audit-ready trails. Engineering prioritized streaming reads and calm information density over chart theater.

The build
A modular Next.js app with role-aware workspaces, Redis-backed live feeds, and a QA suite covering reconciliation paths. Delivery ran in two-week slices with treasury operators in every review.

The result
Operators now run risk and close from one rhythm. Exception handling is visible, handoffs are quieter, and leadership can read exposure without waiting for a custom export.
